Our menu consists exclusively of an Omakase course. We carefully prepare fresh ingredients sourced from the market, crafting sushi to ensure they are served in the best possible condition.
Rather than relying on luxury ingredients, we select and use those that are at their peak in season and those we believe to be truly delicious.

This is Ovino’s standard course. It includes an appetizer, 13 to 15 pieces of sushi, miso soup, and dessert. Please note that the menu may vary depending on the season and the availability of ingredients.

Omakase Sushicourse + Uni ( Sea urchin)
This is a special course that includes Hokkaido sea urchin in addition to our regular course. At Ovino, we use only sea urchin from Hokkaido. While Hokkaido sea urchin is not inexpensive, we believe it is worth every penny. We offer it at nearly cost price, so if you are interested, please give it a try and enjoy.

Free flow drink
You can add a “Free flow drink” option to each course. Our chef is a passionate sommelier who travels across Japan to curate a selection of rare and exquisite sake. In addition, we offer wines and fruit liqueurs that are difficult to find elsewhere. If you are interested in sake pairing, we highly recommend this course as it offers the best value.
